Youth/J.O.A.D. Program

Help your young archer aim higher.

Our youth archery program is designed for athletes ages 8–20 who want to learn, improve, and compete in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether your child is picking up a bow for the first time or already has tournament experience, our classes help build confidence, sharpen technique, and develop the discipline needed to succeed.

We offer expert instruction in Olympic Recurve, Compound, and Barebow archery, with experienced coaches dedicated to helping each athlete grow. From strong fundamentals to competition-focused training, our program gives young archers the skills and support they need to reach their goals.

For families looking for support beyond the range, we also offer access to Fenix Performance Coaching, LLC as an optional academic add-on for an additional fee. Fenix Academic Performance provides specialized one-on-one coaching for student-athletes in academics, high school and college admissions, and career preparation. Built specifically for disciplined student-athletes, this program helps students apply the focus, consistency, and mental toughness they develop in sports to success in the classroom, the admissions process, and future career paths.

Through Fenix, students can receive support in academic performance and test preparation, high school and college admissions strategy, investment banking preparation, and consulting career preparation. With a structured, personalized approach, the program is designed to help student-athletes excel in every arena of life.
